Yes, I follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

For general life coaching, I usually use the SCORE model of coaching, developed by Robert Dilts and Todd Epstein in 1987. On occasion, I may use the OSCAR model of coaching, developed by Karen Whittleworth and Andrew Gilbert.

I also utilize the concepts and techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), empathetic listening, effective questioning and reframing in my coaching practices.

I have completed training and have been issued a Professional Life Coach Certification and Law of Attraction Life Coach Certification by Transformation Academy (based in the United States), accredited by the Continuing Professional Development Standards Agency.

I am constantly furthering my studies, and I am currently in the process of completing additional independent certification programs for NLP, EFT & TFT, and stress-management coaching.

As a life coach, I am not qualified to, nor do I diagnose or treat mental illnesses or provide medical advice.

Life coaches focus on future goals and personal growth, emphasizing action and accountability.

Therapists treat mental illnesses and trauma, with a focus on healing the past using psychotherapy techniques.

Consultants offer expert advice in specific fields, aiming to solve problems and improve efficiency.

I, personally, am a coach-consultant hybrid.

Abiding by Section I-9 of the ICF Code of Ethics, all clients are allowed to cancel their contract with the Coach anytime if they decide they are not the right fit.

Refund Policy:

If cancellation has been received and acknowledged by the Coach in written form within 7 calendar days after the first scheduled coaching call, a 100% full refund will be issued.

If cancellation has been received and acknowledged by the Coach in written form after 7 calendar days of the initial scheduled coaching call, partial refund will be issued. All past coaching sessions are non-refundable.

If cancellation has been received and acknowledged by the Coach in written form within 30 days of the initial scheduled coaching call, a 50% refund will be issued for all cancelled future coaching sessions.

If cancellation has been received and acknowledged by the Coach in written form after 30 days of the initial scheduled coaching call, a 30% refund will be issued for all cancelled future coaching sessions.

I accept clients under 18 years of age only with express written consent of a parent, guardian or teacher.
